How do I return an item?

Please contact us by calling (630) 655-3535 or emailing us at jk@continentalautosports.com. All returns must be accompanied by an invoice. There are no returns on electrical or special order parts. Returns are not accepted after 30 days of the invoice date. All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All returns will be inspected once returned and may be denied according to the condition of the part.

Everything up for sale is Ferrari or Maserati factory authorized unless otherwise noted. Any discrepancies with item condition upon arrival should be documented with us as soon as possible. We accept returns on all items unless previously noted and all returns should be in original packaging if at all possible. We do not accept returns on used or installed items.

When an item is purchased, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the item fits his/her application as all items include functionality and other specifics - buyers can contact us with any questions in regards to compatibility. Items that are thought defective by buyer must be sent back in the original packaging. When we receive the item in question, we will perform all warranty procedures to determine if the item is defective per company policy. If an item is not defective, the buyer must pay for labor performed by our service technician. The item will then be sent back to customer after proper payment has been received. If the item is deemed defective, a full refund will be sent.
